Beautiful two bedroom timber chalet on a five star award winning site in Llanddulas North Wales. The Nook has a large garden with a partial sea view, perfect to relax or play in. On site is a large impressive bar with a lovely cafe, launderette and shop.

Accommodation Facilities at the Chalet
The chalet has been refurbished to a high standard. The lounge is bright and comfortable and has a large window through which you can enjoy looking at the garden which has lots of flowers and shrubs.
We have a flat screen tv with a selection of DVD's available for guests use.
We have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with pine bunk beds.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge if needed also.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, fridge, small freezer all to a high standard.
The bathroom suite has an enclosed shower unit, toilet and sink area.
We have a selection of books, magazines, children's games and toys in the chalet available for guests to enjoy.
Garden
Outside the large garden is fenced with a patio area and a BBQ is available for those lovely sunny days!

To Book The Nook
We want to make your stay at 'The Nook' as comfortable as possible. If your booking is for a special occasion, please let us know and we will do our best to help to make your stay extra special..
All of our guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. If you have children in your party they will also receive a little gift!
Deposit for booking is £50. The reminder of the balance must be cleared two weeks prior to the start of your holiday. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non returnable.

North Wales Coast
Two minutes from the beach!
The chalet has a beautiful garden with partial sea views.
There are some lovely walks on the site that take you down to the beach, which is pebbled but there are some sandy areas.
It is a great spot for fishing, walking or to simply relax and unwind.

Nearby attractions North Wales
On site there is a bar, cafe, launderette and small shop.
The chalet is close to Abergele, Llandudno and Colwyn Bay, which all boast stunning views, good shopping, restaurants, cinemas and supermarkets.
In Llanddulas you will find the 'Fifty 5 Diner which is open everyday and serves quality food at a very good price.
There is also a chip shop and a post office in the village itself.

Pets
We allow up to two well behaved dogs. The site is very dog friendly. We do however charge an extra ten pound per week per dog to cover extra cleaning costs.
Car Parking next to the chalet
We have a double driveway with space for two cars. If you do not drive we can arrange pick up from local train and bus stations at a small charge. We have discounts available for OAP's. Please contact us.
Pricing information
March to May £250 per week
June £300 per week
July to August school holidays £450 per week
September £300 per week
October to November £170 per week
Price includes all heating and electric costs etc.
Extra charge for dogs of ten pound per week per dog.
Deposits
A deposit of £75 is required to secure your booking,
Full payments to be made 2 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Weekend breaks
Weekend breaks are charged at 50% of the weekly rate and include Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
Mid week breaks
Mid week breaks are Monday to Friday and are charged at 60% of the weekly rate.
Arrival and departure times
Saturday to Saturday bookings. Guests are asked to vacate the Chalet by 10.30am and new arrivals are welcomed from 2pm, this allows us time to clean the chalet.
You can discuss your arrival and departure times on booking and we will do our best to accommodate any different arrangements.
